Access Self Storage Sunbury

Excellent self storage facility. Completely safe and secure. I've tried a couple and from my experience Access really is the best for me. The site is always clean and tidy. The loading bay, lift, corridors and toilet are well maintained. Fantastic and friendly support staff that go out of their way to help and advise on the best storage solution. I've been with them for 9 years now and expect to be there for many more years to come. It started off as a decluttering exercise, now it's like an extension of our home. We rely on it to avoid cluttering up our living space. There's always a warm welcome from Duncan & Dan. There are great local amenities: massive supermarket, petrol station, restaurant & takeaway, a couple of DIY/tool suppliers, and local shops. Not far from major shopping towns. Transport routes and connections are also great. There is a train station within walking distance which is very convenient when I don't have the car. The M3 is close by so easy routes out west and to the M25. Check it out!

When moving house we had a period in limbo between moving out of ours and into our new one (we broke the chain), and so needed storage for our items. We initially thought it would be pre-Christmas we needed it and geared up Access accordingly, however the completion of our sale dragged on and we ended up now moving out until end of Feb. Anyway, throughout this time Access were great & very understanding (Held our 150 sq ft unit for us).
Staff were helpful &, when we were enquiring, happily showed us around some vacant units to show us the size etc.
From personal experience, no issues at all.

The team at Access Sunbury are absolutely amazing, especially Dan who is incredibly helpful and is always happy to awnser questions and provides a amazing service. He is one of the main reasons we use Access Sunbury, and will continue to do so!

I've had units here for 5 years, service is excellent, Dan and Duncan are brilliant. Always happy to help, and make a nice cup of tea !!

if I could give this company zero, I would . DO NOT USE THEM. When my card had to change after there was a fraudulent transaction , it had to change..They , after I had spent over six thousand with them from Fe,b 2021 to March 2022, they after less than two weeks, handed the matter to a debt collection agency and disposed of all my worldly goods with letters they sent to my old address, knowing full well I was living in France. THEY MADE ONE PHONE CALL!!!! WITH NO DATE OR DETAILS OF THEIR CONCERNS. I HAD JUST LOST MY Mum within 24 hours previously. IN JUNE , THEY DISPOSED OF EVERYTHING:! All my personal papers, paintings five antique wardrobes, other antiques, Louis X chair, ALL THE PHOTOS OF MY FAMILY ALL GONE. IRREPLACEABLE. ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE ATTITUDES AND GENERALLY, APPALLING SERVICE. CALL ME TO HEAR HOW BAD THEY ARE. HAPPY TO SHARE THE DETAILS.. STAY WELL AWaY aND SPREAD THE Word!!!!! Do not take a chance. I am going to the Police now. THE SOONER THEY ARE BUST THE BETTER.. This was for a few hundred quid. They prospobably made thousands selling my stuff They claimed also I hadn' t locked the storage unit and only when I came background a year later did I find out about it. They git did if every photograph and very expensive antiques I had collected

Dan from the Sunbury-on-Thames branch was absolutely great. Very helpful and has the best customer service I have ever received. I would highly recommend seeing Dan to assist you with all your help/ enquiries.

Worst experience ever. Have not been able to access space I paid for and booked since Sunday. I’ve have to leave 1 van load at a mate’s workplace and then paid for a van an extra day so store the 2nd van load and a sleepless night of worry.
