GoStore Self Storage Chesterfield

GoStore offer a really helpful and professional storage service. Steve and the team are always available to speak to, and their mobile unit makes it really convenient if you don't want to have to pack your car full of stuff to take into storage! Highly recommended. Great prices too compared to others in the Chesterfield/Derbyshire area.

I have rented a lockup within the Grassmoor Go-Store building since around June 2020, filling it with plastic storage boxes containing items spanning my 60 years of items.
This lockup has been an Absolute Godsend for me.
It's a very decently-priced rental. It's dry and dust-free and is within a Very Secure Building. The main gate is locked at night but has CCTV monitoring, inside and out!
I have now emptied my lockup and moved all my stuff into my home and attic.
I'm very grateful to the Staff at the Grassmoor 'Go-Store' for their help when needed over the past 2 years!

NOT SO SECURE STORAGE! I had a car in storage here for several months until it had a number of parts including the catalytic converter stolen off it and the paintwork damaged, leaving me with an insurance claim for nearly £1k.
The biggest disappointment was the lack of interest that this had happened on their premises and that I was told they didn’t have time to look through the CCTV!
Go Store basically washed their hands of the incident and said the police would have to review the CCTV themselves if they wanted to find out when it happened, to enable them to further their investigation.
In hindsight I wish I had just parked the car on the street as it would have been just as safe and would have saved my monthly payments.

Nothing but a mess around from the start. Prices change when they feel like it, rude staff. Left the removal team outside and told them to leave without processing a refund. STAY AWAY

Absolutely shocking! Cannot believe how Rude the staff was after taking payment and then kick us out after paying !! Avoid

Can’t not believe how the staff have just spoken to us over the phone to then be hung up on …. Absolutely Shocking behaviour from a company

Fantastic friendly service and excellent storage facilities. Do not look anywhere else!
