Lok'nStore Self Storage Northampton (Riverside Retail Park)

Very good customer service from everyone but especially Charley. Was very helpful and informative and would definitely recommend this storage unit.

Update: Now moving out and I unfortunately lost my keys for my padlock but the team here were very supportive and helped me get the lock off and take my things out of the storage. I’ve received nothing but lovely service here and will definitely use them again.

The staff were always polite and welcoming. The discount for packaging was a huge help as was the discounted price when i first joined up! Great to have this firm nearby ! Would not hesitate to use them again! Thank you all!

Professional, friendly service, good opening hours and access. Would improve on the use of the lift near my unit, it was often out the beginning of the year so had to walk alot further, not so bad except when carrying heavy trolley loads. On moving day all of the lifts were out so had to carry by hand up to the first floor, the security / manager carried all up and I moved onto the trolley. A nuisance but pleased with the staff help. Thanks for storing my goods for this time, would recommend Lok n Store.

Awful unethical company, wish I could give ZERO stars. Their lifts hardly ever work at the Riverside branch and their customer service representative has an appalling attitude. Beware as they charge you insane additional security deposits as part of their terms. Avoid at all costs, there are far better storage solutions that will not bring misery to your life.

Ive been using Lok'nStore Riverside Retail Park in Northampton for many years and I have never been let down. The staff are great, very polite and friendly. There is ample parking and the location is great as its easily accessible from the A43, the A45 and the M1. So 5 stars from me.

Very helpful staff quick to sort out any issues. Good storage space for pricing. Always clean and organised loading bays.

Emma was amazingly friendly and so helpful. Made us feel at ease and made the whole process so easy. I would highly recommend.
