Access Self Storage St Albans

I have recently dealt with Access Self Storage, St Albans. And I am pleased to say the service I received was excellent, the lady at the front desk "Sairah" was very efficient and thorough in the information she gave me. She was very polite and very helpful. I walked away with all the information I required, and no questions left unanswered.

Quick and easy service. The facility was tidy and simple to navigate. Staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Nashwah was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I understood everything! 10/10 would recommend.

Ive been storing for a while now and the staff are very helpful. My husband has bad technology skills and they are always happy to help him.

Used Access for storage a few years ago and still very good now as they were back then. Easy access with daily pin via app and trolleys available for heavy loads. Would definitely recommend.

Basically good, and reasonable price, decent service, but some irritations with onboarding that are barely believable in this day and age:
- Endless, complicated forms and many emails received and links to click. Needs massive streamlining and friendlier UX.
- Took over 24 hours for my access codes to actually work to get into the compound - so had to get out of the car and ask the nice person to open the gates every time. In this day and age, that should be near instant.

When I went to the storage to keep my stuff there after making all payments I thought, the receptionist checked and said I had still £20 to pay to cover insurance which I thought I did pay £4.62. I discussed this with him and other concerns I had and quite refreshingly he answered all my concerns and gave me assurance of refunds with whatever exceeds what I was expected to pay. The storage is clean and well secured. I like it

Very friendly and helpful staff from the booking receptionist to the on site team. I'm not keen on the online booking system though hence only 4 stars, luckily there was a very helpful young man Eugene who helped me through the process and explained everything to me. Good parking, and the storage area is clean and spacious ideal for my needs. Price is also reasonable.
