I aready used Safestore Ipswich as a storage for my work but needed another unit to store my own household items for a short time. Arranging the unit was easy and the staff were really helpful over the phone, while I faffed about trying to decide what size I wanted and how much it would cost. The unit is clean and safe but my favourite thing is how well equipped Safestore Ipswich is for moving items from my car. I can park right next tot the entrance and great trolleys and a spacious lift means that I can bring in 2 flatbed trolley loads at a time. Because the first 8 weeks is half price, and I only need it for 4 weeks, it turns out to be a very affordable.

Kevin and team have been fantastic. Moving from NZ to the UK requiring storage at the last minute and having to do everything remotely the Safe store team were helpful, approachable, informative and organised. Stress levels reduced. Thanks so much, looking forward to seeing you all and my belongings soon!

I would recommend SafeStore Ipswich to anyone needing storage in the area. The staff were great: they didn’t hard sell, they were cheerful and friendly and I was even offered a cuppa (probably looked like I needed it). The delivery area was a bit of a free for all for people loading and unloading but in the 5 trips I made, I was always able to park up close to the bay. All in all it was a great service and did the job for my house move. Thanks again to the employees.

Always fantastic service at Safestore Ipswich, staff are always friendly and happy to help. We don't always know when are deliveries are doing to be made but the staff deal with them without issue. The storage building is always clean, feels safe with lots of trolleys and no problem parking.

I would definitely recommend this place. Having plenty of trolleys and a smooth floor has made putting things in and out of storage as easy as it can be. The lift big enough to move all our house hold items.
I also found the staff to be very friendly and helpful.

Great storage facility. I haven't used a storage facility before so I can't compare but I find this one really clean, easy to use and it feels safe and secure. The booking process was efficient and friendly. I would definitely recommend. Very convenient location aswell - easy to get to and convenient to combine with other errands as it is near other things.

Tidy, clean and well maintained warehouse, 10+ year and still looks so new. Kevin, Amanda and Lorna are super supportive and helpful. Great team and business, highly recommended.
