Storage King Gloucester - Self Storage Units

I have just started to use the storage facilities here and I couldn't ask for better service so far. I've spoke with José from the start and he's been absolutely fantastic in making sure everything ran smoothly. We were able to have free hire of the van on the original move date, but I asked if I could use it again a few days later to get the last lot, as it's a fair distance having to go back and forth and he was more than happy to help with that.
Considering there are quite a lot of customers in & out of there, he gets to know everyone that uses it. Top marks on customer service

Fantastic service! Found me a unit very quickly after I needed to move loads of things into storage fast, and have been excellent at accommodating my needs for a van as and when to shift the stuff! Special mention to Sharon from their team who was exceptionally excellent!

Staff are always helpful and go above ans beyond. Ive been with them for over a year and had to get another unit short notice. Jose was brilliant at arranging this for me, showed me the rooms to make sure i was happy with the size, excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Highly recommend storage king, have had several units here! All staff have always been really friendly and happy to help. Will always be my go to for storage if needed in the future :)

Very friendly & helpful staff. Nice facilities, with everything you need (like packing materials etc.) readily to hand.
Sharon, in particular, helped me with every detail about how to use the lift, store room etc. and nothing was too much trouble for her.

I have been using the Gloucester depot for over two years, their units are big with great accessibility and are good value for money. the staff Jose and Sharon are friendly and always happy to help with any issue. I would highly recommend.

All I can say is 1st class when it came to using a storage facility unit. Both Sharon and Jose are great in helping you get the best unit for your needs but also check in if any other sizes come up which may suit you better going forward. 👌Entry is great being 24/7 and triple secure regards to accessing your particular bin with lighting and heating as required over three levels so carbon footbrint is thought about.🌍There are cages/trolleys to take heavier items via a double lift system to upper floors and a w/c facility in case of being caught short! All in all very highly recommended from using 2 then 3 to now one bigger unit they supply locks if needed, bubble wrap and moving boxes plus more to help your stay be a pleasant one. 👍 AAA+++ .p.s. Also forgot on many deals they can give first 2months half price so call and talk storage 👑 today!
