Never used a storage facility before so pleasantly surprised! Very conveniently located, clean and secure. James was very informative and made sure we understood how it all worked.
Thank you so much for your help, it’s made moving home less stressful.

They make you go the long way round, I'm disabled and use a stick, they took my the quick way to show me the lock up then said never to go that way again. It was a much longer way around very difficult. Then the price which was okay to begin with then went through the roof. The money was coming from my aunt who is 91 with too much things to move at once, we just needed thinking time.

Excellent storage for over THREE years. Easily accessible with good safe parking, your own secure code to enter the gate, then again to enter the building. The system knows if you have entered the correct code, as if you do NOT, an alarm will sound when 'your' unit is unlocked and the door opened. Having read some of the other reviews I find it hard to believe that someone had something stolen! Impossible- CCTV everywhere.
The storage is immaculately clean and temperature controlled, so your belongings come out 3 years later- in my case, as clean and dust free as when they went in- great.
Price is reasonable and YES it does increase after 3 months- that information is clearly given on the website.
The staff have always been polite and helpful, James particularly so.
I've just emptied my unit and am due a refund which I will get within the next 30 days- which is fine by me, after paying for 3 years I'm just pleased to have some money coming back to me.
SO... to summarise, I thoroughly recommend Storage World, my belongings were kept securely in a clean, temperature controlled unit, run by professional staff in a central location with good parking. A 5 star service- thank you

I met with James after an email exchange, all of the information required was readily available by email as well as face to face copies. Attended site where all of the security measures were discussed in full. Very pleased with the service and the interaction with James. Thanks for a seamless service

Great place to store your belongings. Much cleaner and more secure than other facilities in town. James was a great help when we needed him, and it really made moving house less stressful.

This is my first time using a storage I never have had to however James has really made it fun and exciting for me… he made me laugh so much made me feel comfy and welcomed… showed me the unit gave me the options he even shared his travel experience with me which made me even more excited for my travel experience am going to have! I've had a unit here since March 2020 and I can't fault it. Easily accessible and secure with personal key codes to enter the premises and plenty of CCTV throughout. Every time I visit I always encounter James at reception, who is always happy to help with any queries or assistance and makes you feel welcomed with his friendly, but professional manner.

Storage World Wolverhampton - I have used their storage facilities for a good few years now, very pleased with the size and general maintenance of the units and corridors. Also, the staff, Jo, and James, are friendly and very helpful.
