UK Storage Bridgwater

We required storage due to selling our home and Bridgwater storage could not have made it easier. The online check in process was quick and simple and minutes later we had our details through. The facility itself is well layed out and always clean and tidy. Would definitely use them again.

Unfortunately me and my partner experienced lots of problems with this company. When We set up the account We Specifically said the size We would need. The lady on the phone assured me that We would get that size. When We arrived to check the size of the unit (I’m so glad we did) the unit was Tiny not the size we asked for. I rang and explained the situation, we was moved to a bigger storage unit of our choice. Fab! we had to pay extra however this was expected. The new unit was perfect. Only to receive a phone call a few days later (once all our stuff was in there) that they needed to take the unit back and they would cut the lock off and move our belongings into our new unit. (So that would be 3 units!) When we went to our new unit we found that it was significantly smaller and our belonging were damaged! I rang and explained that the unit was smaller then what we paid for and our belongings were damaged. Only to be told that there was nothing they could do! Me and my partner accepted this and had to deal with the smaller unit even though we paid for a bigger one! This made our move in to our first flat together a lot more stressful! A few weeks down the line the company took £70 out of my bank with out telling me! We rang the company to ask why that much had come out when we had already paid over £80 at the reduced rate (50% off for 8 weeks) the lady we spoke to was very very rude! This made my experience with the company even worse. Due to being messed around my partner and I chose to empty the unit after 4 weeks at the reduced rates instead of 8 meaning we wouldn’t be using the Unit! When I rang and explained the unit was empty I was ensured I would get a full refund of £70. However when it come to getting our refund we only received half! We rang up and explained the situation and was told that we didn’t get paid the full amount due to the insurance on the unit! (even though we was told we would get a full refund)
I wouldn’t recommend this company to any young couple that are moving into their first home due to the stress and constant mess around! Absolutely gutted with our experience!

I have been using UK Storage in Bridgwater for the past 18 months and the service has been excellent. The online reservation and check in service was quick, simple and completely hassle free. This was particularly important to me as I could move by belongings into the storage at a time that suited me rather than being constrained to weekdays and office hours. The premises were spotlessly clean and very well lit. I would highly recommend and will happily use UK Storage again if the need arises.

They charge you for 2 weeks rent for quitting even though you pay in advance do not cancel direct debit has your leaving has they will say the bank has charged them this is a lie its there admission charge to screw more money out of you. Staff very unfriendly threaten me to get solicitors and give me a ccj if i refused to pay my extra 2 weeks storage after i had quit. The storage was in my partner's name so I never saw the rip off small print so I had to pay if it was in my name they could whistle for it and do what ever they want after threatening me with solicitors and a ccj . Be aware of all the fees so read the small print carefully so you know what your in for before signing.

Would definitely recommend uk storage Bridgwater, everything was so easy from start to finish, units are very safe and clean, always trolleys available to use I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again fantastic service.

Smooth booking process by email initially and then phonecall with very helpful person. Easy to change initial start date-again by phone.
Access code and lock collection worked first time. Large, clean first floor unit; trolleys and lift (goods only so be prepared to walk up and down stairs) were fine. Usually quiet late am weekdays, during busier times be flexible to share lift with others.
Had unit for 3 months and storing house contents pre and post move really alleviated our stress!
Good location off M5. Closing down account request 2 weeks notice but was also smooth and refund paid promptly. Thank you for great service.

The staff on the phone or via email were always polite and helpful. Any query was answered immediately. It was useful being able to access my storage room at any time I wished. On vacating the storage room the refund of the monies due back to me were dealt with very quickly. I was more than satisfied with the facility and would have no hesitation in recommending you to family and friends. Thank you.

The overall experience with UK Storage was great. Easy to book units, there's always help if you need from their staff physically or via the phone. Clean, tidy and most impostant - felt safe. It was the best price when researching where to store my goods! Recommend!
