The owner John is lovely and friendly. Staff there were very helpful.
The storage unit is very clean and I felt safe being there on my own. It’s big enough but not too big to get lost. Lifts and trolleys are provided.
It is reasonably priced compared to other storage units. I would’ve kept this unit but moved too far.
I would recommend this storage facility as it is secure and safe.

I have used hoddesdon self storage for 18 months. We were shown around the site before choosing the size of unit we needed. Everything was explained and getting set up was easy. The staff are always helpful and friendly. When needed we were able to pop in at short notice . They have flatbed trolleys available for customers to use. During covid I have always felt safe with their safety measures. Would definitely recommend this company

Helpful and friendly staff. The environment is clean. Plenty of trolleys to assist in moving all sorts. Highly recommended if you're looking for secure storage.

Very friendly and helpful. The storage units are the best priced I could find. They have many different sizes to suit your needs and the people that run it are very accommodating to your needs. It's really clean and it's super helpful that they have a lift and trolleys to move your belongings. Definitely recommend!

I cannot recommend this self-storage company enough and echo what I wrote above, ten fold. All the staff I dealt with were very helpful and friendly. Stored my belongings there for over 6 months and there was no dust at all in the unit which was fantastic. If you're looking for a storage unit, this is the place to go to😊

We stored our furniture and house stuff here temporarily whilst moving between properties. Nicola and John were both very helpful and accommodating. The unit was very clean and easy to get to/from. We would definitely recommend Hoddesdon Self Storage to any that need storage!
