From the day we enquired the staff were very helpful and always on the other side of the phone.
The price was great for what you got and had 24/7 access.
I will use again in the future and recommend.

I have used numerous of storage companies of the years and I have to say that the experience from start to finish with UK Storage Company was outstanding! It started with an initial phone call, where all my questions were answered and within moments I had access to my unit. The customer service is outstanding from start to finish, even when you no longer need their services, which says a lot. The building is clean and light and you have everything you need. Next time I need storage I will definitely be using UK Storage Company.

Great storage unit, would 100% recommend to anyone needing storage for a short / long period of time. It was very easy to set up, clean and tidy, easy access to the building / lifts and felt very secure. We looked around at a few storage units within Burton and found this one to be the most helpful.

I moved all my stuff into a storage room here while I was redecorating and it was ideal - a really good price (and 50% off for the first several weeks!) and the place felt very secure with multiple keypad locks and security cameras, plus it was great to be able to access the building 24/7 and not only at limited office hours like some places. Everyone I spoke to about booking the room and then cancelling at the end was extra helpful and friendly. I'll definitely use the service again if I redecorate or move and have already recommended it to people.

Good facility but very poor systems which send out texts and suspend access for arrears on account, when queried there were no arrears. I received a warning letter on one occasion that the access suspended and in large red letters 'WE ARE GOING TO AUCTION YOUR GOODS' on all occasions there were no arrears. When looking for storage you need to be confident that your goods are safe and receiving notifications does not make you feel that way.

Had a great experience with UK Storage company. All the people I spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The facility was very clean and easy to access. Plenty of parking outside, even a Gregs for a coffee break when unloading the van! I would definitely recommend them
