Modern and very clean apartments equipped with a kitchen area. Reasonable prices. Only issue we had was finding the entrance to car park in the ground floor.

Really torn how to rate this place as the flats itself are generally 'OK'. However opposite is a HMO, with some genuinely unsavoury characters coming and going all the time - walking past my wife felt very uncomfortable.
Complex does have a few parking spaces available however do get booked quickly, we had to use a open NCP across the road.
Rooms are acceptable, although the mattresses aren't very comfortable, I guess they haven't been loved much recently.
Plus side is the flats are totally central to the town and that's something we couldn't get for the same money with a hotel.

Instructions for all the key codes needed was very clear. Directions to the building easy to follow. The video link sent by e-mail prior to the stay helped with all this process. Apartment was clean, with instructions for using the hot tub. All the basics for cooking/eating. 2 minute walk from the centre for eateries/drinks and shopping.
Beds were really comfy and the bedrooms were lovely and cool for sleeping. Bathrooms were immaculate with the basic products for a short stay. Hot tub was great and kept it's temperature and didn't feel exposed whilst getting in and out considering it's on the balcony.
Would absolutely recommend 👌

Clean, comfortable and well located for the centre. Might be useful to get instructions on the heating as I couldn't get it to work adequately on a freezing cold night outdoors.

I have given 2 stars for this place simply because of its location it's really ideal for the town center and shops. However that is the best thing about it the apartment is not luxury in fact far from it the apartment was dirty very dirty even the toaster had not been emptied and the frying pan had been put into the cupboard without being washed and still had food in it the apartment needs redecorating and a really good clean it's a shame because it could be really nice

Likes It was easy to collect the keys on arrival - I was informed of how to use the keypad on the front (with a further code - but this was not always needed but was not told of this)- I was told which level my room was on and the number and then to use the key safe by the door - this was simple to use (master lock - I use these myself and are straightforward) What to do with the keys on departure was also explained In the time of covid and not knowing exactly what time I would be arriving as I was coming by public transport. This meant that it was not dealing with people - Arrival was anytime after 2 pm and departure by 11 am It was a clean place with plenty of towels Easy access In the kitchen there was a cooker and hob, washing machine, fridge, toaster, kettle, microwave, enough plates and crockery for 2 people Hairdryer in the bedroom, and fan, plus an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe, plus clothes horse Simple accommodation but basic and fits the needs
Disliked · I have an issue with many self catering establishments that there is never a tea pot and also a mis match of saucepans and non fitting lids - there should be certain things that come as standard - a variety of pots and pans with lids that match and a tea pot and a cafieteree (coffee plunger) for the coffee connoisseur. I had to buy one of both a saucepan and tea pot and leave them behind so that the next people can benefit. I had no 14 apartment - it is a basic one bedroom flat with a combined kitchen and living room and bathroom - it is at the back and was a bit quieter but not much There was enough toilet paper but if there had been two of us this wold have soon run out - there should be enough for two people for the whole nights that they are there - I had booked it for 7!! It was quite noisy but the many reviews had commented on this and it is on a busy road so I was warned
I -emailed the property direct about my concerns on 19th August 2021 and to date I have had not had a reply and giving them the benefit of the doubt and the right to reply - this has not happened and hence the reason for the delay on google maps
