Fantastic!! I phoned to enquire about the repair service, and the lady I spoke to was very polite and super helpful. She gave me some tips over the phone and I was able to fix the machine with her helpful advice. Excellent service and saved me a trip to town. I recently bought a machine from this shop, I was also shown how to use the machine in really good detail which was so much more than I was expecting, I would definitely recommend this shop to anyone who was looking at buying a machine whether they know their machines or are a complete novice, staff couldn't have been more helpful and knowledgeable if they tried! This is a hidden treasure of a shop that has really helpful staff. I spoke with Chris on the phone about a specific machine I wanted, she said she would call me back after checking in the stock room. A few minutes later she called to say they had it (other stores I tried couldn’t even be bothered to check their stock). When we arrived, she had the machine ready for me and was terrific at advising me on the right threads and accessories. A lovely lady who makes you feel welcome. This was everything I wanted from my purchasing experience. A further update, as a complete beginner I had several questions about my new machine. I called and spoke with Sue, who was so helpful and friendly on the phone. She gave me lots of tips and advice. Couldn’t have asked for more.

I've bought two machines from the Maidstone store in the last five months. A janome 5060, lovely machine very easy to navigate. I also was lucky to purchase a Bernina l460 overlock, beautiful to work on its just so quiet and smooth Very easy to use, a little bit more pricey than other brands but we'll worth it. Sue who had the patience to sit with me on both machines is just lovely. She is so knowledgeable and nothing was to much trouble . Lovely company to buy from, delivery was quick and I was told any queries just pop in and see them. It's so refreshing to get such fantastic service.

Great experience and support. All the time necessary to show me how the machine would work was taken despite my toddler roumeraging around. VERY VERY HAPPY with the kind and patient explanation and my machine. It also arrived super quickly within just 2 days.Will defenitely be coming back here.
