Tiptoes

Superb work , we went in last minute after another company produced us some really bad plaques. So we took them in to tiptoes and they pulled through in just a week getting 30 plaques done for us.

Which were of such high standard and look the part at our railway station on the platform. The service was great and they kept us updated throughout and we are so pleased with them. Plus also to add they cut some keys and there the only place locally We have been to. Where the keys work 1st time.

I have spent the past day raving about tiptoes to my friends and family for the incredible service I received on Friday when I went in to fix my husbands new shoes. The gentleman fixed it in 2 minutes and when I asked how much it will be he said to stick a few pounds in the charity box and I was so glad for the first time ever I actually had a bit of cash on me and refused his offer and paid £10. I really appreciated his kindness and I understand for him it only took 2 minutes however the reason why it took that time is due to the skills established over so many years of being in the industry. I will always be using their services going forward and cannot wait to take our beloved trainers for a clean next week. I 100% recommend tiptoes for their professionalism and friendliness.

Highly recommend Tiptoes! Have always taken my shoes here to be re-heeled but needed some urgent engraving done. They managed to get it done perfectly within the hour! Very friendly and professional and nothing seems too much trouble. A real asset to our High Street.

I walked into TipToes today and was greeted by Gary who helped me fix my MK watch! This was done in less than 5 minutes and I was given an exceptional service from Gary! Would definitely recommend and I will definitely be back if any further issues! Thanks Gary!

Bought a "novelty" clock which needed a replacement battery. Luckily recommended by 2 small local buinesses to try this shop which I have passed by for years. Job done in 2 minutes and very reasonably priced.

I was very happy with the service at Tiptoes in Hornchurch.

Moved into a house and there was no key for the numerous kitchen windows in a new extension.

I thought I would have to pay for a locksmith to come out and maybe even replace the locks.

I asked in the shop and he asked me to take a picture of the lock and bring that to him. I did and he gave me a key to try which worked first time. I was surprised, I thought I would have to make a few trips but this is someone who knows his trade and obviously very experienced. I went back and purchased spares.

I am very pleased with the service.

Amazing, the staff we're super friendly and went over and beyond to make sure I was happy with the results. Service with a smile and the store was clean and had every gift u could think of. Absolutely loved Tiptoes. 😍 from key cutting to shoe mending and watch amendments. I'm so glad to have popped in with my request.
