Excellent service on the phone and in person, were able to make me a new remote control key for my VW van. Thank you, was much cheaper than going to the dealer. Just call and get the correct branch for your particular vehicle - they happily directed me to the 2 branches that did mine.

This is honestly the worst timpson I have been to. I am not saying this through exaggeration. I gave in my shoes and was meant to pick them up 3 days after. Shop is completely closed for 2 hours in the middle of hte day - impossible to pick them up. I had the sole redone - 2 weeks later it has come off the top (nearly tripped) and just as I intend to go to the shop to let them fix it - its closed again at 530 even though its meant to be closed at 6. Either the staff dont care enough about their working hours or the service is just poor. dont go if you need prompt service...

Tim was extremely helpful when I asked whether he could repair a watch. He examined it carefully, located a broken pin and changed it. Following the repair work, the watch could once again be worn and enjoyed. His help was invaluable and I will always go to Timsons if any watch is problematic in the future.

What an absolute star Tim at Timpsons of Barnes is. Went to efforts over & above to get my lost wallet back to me. Can't tell you how much I appreciated his detective work in getting in touch. He was also hard at work when I went in but found the time for a chat so I could thank him.

Had one of the most unprofessional experiences in a long time. Came to the shop at 4.20pm yesterday and be told that they are dealing with a customer problem and when asking about approximate time how long it's going to take them I received a sarcastic reply. Was told that the shop is closing at 5 because of Christmas time and got complained to that nobody came during day time and everyone just keeps coming in the late afternoon. Asked whether it would be better to come the next and I got a reply which felt like affirmation. Today I arrived to the shop at 9.12am to find the shop locked with lights off. Which was a very surprising disappointment.

The official Website lists opening time 9am-5.30pm and there were no notices that the store was closed or had reduced hours. Which is very unprofessional in my eyes.

The member of staff was clearly stressed by the customer problem, but they should have maintained a certain degree of professionalism.

Manager Tim took great care over the engraving of some cutlery - not an easy shape but a great job. Thanks very much
