James Shoecare & City of London Dry Cleaners

I came in with my heel which was near enough Irreparable and Cliff did everything he could to fix my shoe. He did such an amazing job in such limited time. It's great to see a bubbly personality and helped by someone who goes above and beyond, especially after a long day of work.

I came to the Shop for some help fixing a pair of slippers. It was fixed with a good service. I was helped by an Asian man.

I’ve used this dry cleaners a couple of times and it’s been good. However, the last time I came I dropped off a jumpsuit for dry cleaning and it came back broken (the buckle had come off) it wasn’t a cheap jumpsuit so I wasn’t impressed!

I used to use their dry cleaning, but I won’t return there! They damaged my jacket and after a few attempts to clean it, it remains the same. I’ve spoken to the Manager or Owner Mr Elliott. One day he agreed to give me a full refund and the other day when I popped in, his worker didn’t even know about it. When he gave him a call suddenly it was only 50% refund. Shame on you!

The best place for any job like keys or watches. He helped fix my issues with my watch for absolutely free...

Good service, precise and quick.
Only negative note it's a bit pricey.

Today Glenn assisted me at the Canning Town location, and he was incredibly polite, knowledgable and helpful. He gave me clear expectations of when to expect to be able to pick up my item, and spoke highly of his colleagues who would carry out the work. He exemplified good service and I would recommend this store location and its services based on my interaction with him.

Absolutely fantastic service!

I brought in a pair of my favourite shoes, which were so worn down, they were practically unfixable. There were numerous holes along the sides, the stiletto heels were completely worn down, the soles had holes that went right through to the feet, and the colour was certainly not the same as when I bought them. I really didn’t think I’d be able to get them fixed, HOWEVER Naz worked absolute MIRACLES, and fixed my shoes to make them look BRAND NEW! I couldn’t believe it, they were literally a new pair of shoes!!

He initially thought it would take about 4-5 days because they were in such a bad condition, but it look his less than 2 days! Amazing!

So efficient, so well crafted! I was absolutely thrilled, as I was then able to wear them to a wedding, where I got many many compliments!

I’ve been to James’s repair shop many times for key cutting, and every time, they do a fantastic job! Always super efficient and very professional.

I’ll be back very soon for some engraving, and I already know they will do an amazing job!
