Popped in today to get a couple of keys cut and was really impressed by the friendly and prompt service. Great value for money too. Thank you!

Had watch batteries replaced and shoes given rubber soles, the service was always helpful and the work was great quality.

Terrible service. I asked for shoe alterations, they said it will take a week. It wasn't done in a week, then they said it will be done by Tuesday. I popped by on Tuesday only to find that the machine has been broken for weeks. It's a shame, but I will avoid this shop in the future.

Its agood shop very helpful but didn't have what I wanted

I went to Richmond and Kingston Timpsons needing an urgent repair both told me 3 day wait. Richmond was rude, no interaction and no offer of an alternative repair shop. Kingston were more polite and said they didn't know of another cobblers. I was in Hammersmith the following day and chanced upon Great Scotts in the tube station, really nice helpfull staff who repaired them immediately. That's where I'll go from now on.

Poor, Poor, Poor.
I gave my daughter a gold bracelet that was given to me when I was 21, I'm 51 now so that bracelet is 30 years old. One of the charms was broken so my daughter took it to Timpson in Kingston Upon Thames to get it fixed. This was at the beginning of June and its September now. That was the last we saw of the bracelet and probably we wont see it again. The store say they don't know where it is and frankly they don't care either. My daughter calls almost weekly to find out and all they say is that there is still no news. We contacted customer services at head office and they haven't helped either, they just came back and said to contact the branch manager - we have contacted him - several times!!! Absolutely disgusted.

Quoted £38 to engrave a tiny signet ring with two initials: JH… the signet ring wasn’t even THAT expensive! No way I’m paying that. Too overpriced. Definitely look elsewhere for equally good quality engraving at a MUCH cheaper price.

Just so overpriced. I’m sure this is dictated by HQ rather than the branch, but key copying is literally over double what other shops charge. Tip: there’s often a key copying van that sets up in Clarence Street, but doesn’t show up as a business on Google Maps. Worth a try to save a few £.
