WoW! I've got my vintage boots repaired, resoled and also polished in a brilliant way. The italian guy is amazing, he said to wait a little in order to have the work done properly, and my patience was well rewarded. Never ever had a so amazing service. 5 Star!

First off only stopped to see if an engraving on my zippy could be done, then I was met by Gianluca "the Italian guy" what a man!! So helpful always even when busy, got straight to work calling colleagues to get the design and in 1 hour there it is! This man needs special commendation loves his job and it shows in his work!! Took a coat for dry cleaning. It came back looking like new. Very pleased with service as they sent text message to say that it was ready for collection. It would be helpful if they had a price list. There are no prices displayed in store or on-line. Still, had a good experience and will probably use again.

5 keys £49! I think they are taking the mickey a bit here I had them cut as was desperate for the replacements. One key for the garage was very flimsy and the garage repair man even commented on it before he used it. They did give me a free key as one didn't work! I had had no problem with the Italian gentleman, though he wouldn't take payment and let me pop back after he had done them which was annoying.

Very wary I took my Red Wing 1906 Boots to Whitfield Tesco Timpson store because I didn't like the risk of sending off to Yorkshire in the mail where they specialise & repair Red Wing boots... anyway at Timpson's the "Italian Guy" did a great job, replacing the Vibram soles & they now look awesome again plus a complete polish with Red Wing Mink Oil an added bonus & I will certainly take any repairs there in the future for him to do his magic!! ...Highly Recommend using Gianluca, a top cobbler whose proud of his workmanship.
