A fantastic, lovely, skilled bunch of guys work here. They've done a fantastic job with cutting keys for me, and engravings - even when there was a mistake on the engraving, they buffed it out and fixed it with ease, free of charge, of course.

Keys didn't work, refused to resolve. Very rude.

Very rude. Simply enquired if they price matched their own website since the listed price for two products was 150% of the price on the website and was rudely told “well that’s not what I pay for em, better go online then”. All I can say is no wonder why the high street is dying out to online shopping when prices are not only jacked up but have to deal with rude merchants.
