Well where do I start. I was about to leave work when i got my car key from my pocket and as i went to open my door i noticed that the key had gone. So after a lot of searching I found it on the floor so I picked it up and finally got into my car and went to timpsons at clay cross to see if it could be fixed. The man behind the counter gave me a yes and fixed my key. Then when my key went funny and not working as it should Dan pulled out all the stops to sort my key. I can only say a big thanks to him for what he has done and the experience of excellent customer service that he gave and the way he handled my situation. I would 100% recommend him to family and friends and I will also be using him in the near future. Excellent service Dan and thanks again

Dan is a god when it comes to shoe repairs. Trust the dreadlocks cobbler of cross with my life.

What fabulous staff and fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. Fixed my watch strap in seconds and then said oh there is no charge for the quick fix, made my day.

Went to Sainsburys Chesterfield and young lad behind the counter didn't have a clue, asked about a shoe repair and a car key and told me the machine was broken. Went to clay cross where i was informed the machine isn't broken. Dan heeled my shoes whilst i think his name is Stephen did the car key. Came back 20mins later in perfect order and gave discount for the bad service in Sainsburys.

Had my house and car spare keys cut...stuff is mega helpfull and friendly.

Absolutely fantastic service. A knee high boots needed a new zip. It was a really complicated but of damage so the boot was sent away. It's come back and you'd never know it was repaired, as good as new. Super friendly service and great turn around time. Great shop!

Re boot repair: very helpful and low cost. Also asked re replacing velcro on sandles and told I could clean the velcro and it didn't need replacing, so saved me money.
