Handed in key for battery and advised would take 10 minutes when I returned he forgot all about it even though the shop was not busy. Then to make matters worse he would not accept Scottish notes even though they are legal tender, shame on the company, never again will I support this local business.

Went in 3 times to get a key cut first 2 times he said he had sold the type of key I needed.
3rd time I went in he has the key but can’t do it because I don’t have the car with me and he couldn’t do it any way better off going to Slough.
After 3 times and that’s what he tells me.
Useless oh and £120 for the shop to do it at Slough.
Just bought a key off EBay £.3.99 nothing wrong with the electric parts on the old key just wanted a new case and I can swap the parts over ,typically useless modern day computer says no type will be gone along with Woolworths.

Will only ever get my shoes repaired here. Have had another pair of shoes repaired here and Stacey is just wonderful and knows his job well. I think he is quite new to the store, transferred from another Timpson store, but so glad he's there as he has definitely brightened up the place with his outgoing personality and A-star service! Thank you!

Friendly enough staff but have now been left with a watch that's full of moisture and no longer working after a battery change. Went back and had the moisture removed but it's come back and now the watch isn't working at all.

It sounds like it's company policy to not allow cutting of keys that aren't brought from Timpsons, I'm not a fan of it.

The worst dry cleaning experience in my life.
It two weeks, almost £40 for dry cleaning and 1 inch taken off my trousers, while I was asking for 1 inch to be added to the waist. Completely useless and careless place. Don't got there for any reason.

Rubbish salesman at afternoon shift , my car key battery was gone , I been there to buy new battery for my car key ,I went inside he was on the phone front of me for 5 minutes , when I ask him to how much you charge to fix it , his answer was I'm busy tell me quick it's 40 pounds don't know how to talk with customer s , I noticed one thing he was chatting just rubbish on the phone

Key cutting machine blunt and failed to make two keys after two return trips. Went to one in another town and was fine.
