In my opinion, Very good at doing the unusual, difficult & Car keys and I found them very polite and very helpful. However in my opinion, very expensive for the normal standard every day keys. The Range does keys at literally under a half of the price, so is it the location that adds so much to their charges? Anyway, very polite and very helpful otherwise. But would suggest elsewhere for normal standard keys and Timpson for the unusual and car keys, BUT not old keys.

Great service- dropped in for a new battery for my son’s new watch from his grandad! It had been in the draw since 1999!!
Not only did he replace the battery whilst we waited, but also made some new holes in the strap, so it fitted. All with a smile.
Recommend to anyone!

I am a local locksmith and popped in today to tesco timpson. I asked to have 3 easy euro cylinder keys cut for a customer .I was gobsmacked by the quote of £36 for 3 keys all the same which is totally rediculous i simply refused .Im in the trade and this is a rip off.Then popped into The Range valley road had 3 keys cut for £10 by a super friendly assistant keys worked perfectly .Why would you bother to use timpsons unless you have money to burn .I will never recomend them ever.
