I was misinformed on2 occaisions by the same member of staff causing me to take a 40 mile round trip to get a key for her to copy to then be told the keyhad been sent pre cut, a special blank which she would not be cutting when. I complained Igot a grudging sorry. Won't be going back. Very disappointed.

Nice staff excellent service

Have used them a few times for both the key cutting service, and shoe repairs.
The prices are very good for both the services I used.
Friendly staff that were happy to help out, and were quick in getting things done.

Sought out this place as I needed a couple of keys cutting fairly urgently and my usual place had needed to close for the day due to personal reasons. On getting there found key cutting prices were double what they would be at most other premises so politely refused. Guess like a lot of businesses they think they are doing you a favour by offering a discount for multiple jobs but not much comfort for the individual just wanting a key cut at a reasonable price. Gave 2 stars as they do offer a variety of services in their shops otherwise would have been 1 on prices alone. I found a great alternative nearby 2 keys cut for 25% more than the price for 1 at Timpsons. Like everything these days you need to shop around and give the business to those smaller traders offering the keenest prices otherwise there won't be any in the future.
