Lots of services offered such as shoe repair, key cutting and dry cleaning which can be be sent off. Watch servicing, batteries and repairs as well as phone repairs too are offered but some do require items sent away. You can also get pet tags and order house signs too.

Dropped into the booth as my the rubber on my car's fob key had perished and the buttons weren't working properly. Paul took my key and copied it then went over to the car and completed the electronic programming. The whole thing took about 10 minutes - I was amazed, but in a good way.
Great service - friendly, polite and no messing around. Got on with the job and I was in and out in under 15 minutes. Highly recommended.

Great staff and good service, but not cheap

Shoe repair great price and a great bearded guy behind the counter who seemed to really engage with the customers. Great service very welcoming and did a great job of the shoes. Just what was needed would use again without hesitation. Great service great price great job done and great staff what more can you ask for.👍

Wilnecote - Absolutely appalling, had to phone to chase up , took vehicle in , disconnected the battery, lost radio code , assistant quite short tempered . Eventually had Paulo from Lichfield branch who did a fantastic job and totally restored our faith! Chap from Wilnecote could do with customer service course !

Took a key in to be cut . The man sent the code from it of a wk later I got the keys . Only downside seemed a tad expensive.
