I needed a new watch battery so went to Timpson's in Whiteley. The chap working there, Mark, was kind and suggested I come back in five or ten minutes if I had other shopping to do. When I returned, not only had he replaced the battery, he had also cleaned the glass of condensation and put a silicone gel around the inside edge to reseal it. Excellent service!

Mark is very friendly and does a great job managing this store. I got a better price for a spare car key than I could get elsewhere. Would recommend :)

Quick service but very expensive - £20 for two keys to be cut. I'm definitely in the wrong business!
