Awful experience, not once but twice in 2 weeks. They do not honor their 365 return policy. Customer service was horrible. I had 1 colleague roll her eyes at me
I also had monies taken our of my account and no product delivered. It will be the last time I deal with this company.X

I went to this store to return a pair of trainers I which I bought online a month ago, the two young ladies there were Brilliant. They explained the delivery and all the info I needed to know. Very helpful and polite.

Schuh as a company is good and has some really nice stock. I have always purchased my footwear from this brand. The Bexleyheath branch was a first for me. I was in the store for around 5 mins. 3 staff members stood at the front of the store chatting. I never got approached. In the end I walked out and another customer with a child walked out as well. He had been there longer than me and also wasn't approached. I've worked in retail for over 25 years. Most of that time as a Manager. Chat if your store is quiet. As a customer walks in you make yourself available. I am very disappointed with this branch and obviously will never go back.

The team in this branch are so friendly and helpful! There is one lovely person with shoulder length brown hair (sorry I didn't get their name) and she helped us so quickly and efficiently, gave some information about the shoes and then also told us about the recycling scheme and asked us about the rest of our day. It was nice to just have a normal conversation while still receiving amazing customer service.

The store is well orginised and tidy however I thought the choices were limited. Not much in stock and quite small. Staff are helpful and friendly.
