Shoe Zone

Very helpful,polite staff! Great service and also offer a fabulous childrens range and if a particular item is out out stock they were able to order and deliver to home free of charge! The cost is amazing value and will use this store throughout the year! Fab little shop!

Can't fault the Boston store, although it could be bigger. I bought a pair of boots there but had to return them for an exchange the next day due to choosing the wrong size. So easy to do and the staff were great about it. Well stocked shelves but would've liked an boots to be together so that I didnt have to search around when in a rush. Overall a great store.

Had to do a return from online shopping.Staff made it easy and quick.Did a browse round,plenty of varied stock and i found exactly what I needed "safety toed trainers" that didn't look too bulky.Cracking find.

DO NOT BUY FROM SHOEZONE.
Bought a pair of boot from them put them on and walked out the shop in them.
I wore then for five minutes and they where hurting me so I took them off and went straight back to return them..

The staff member I spoke to was rude, obnoxious and a total bully.
she told me I was a lier and I had the shoes for weeks and they where dirty and worn and she would have to clean them..
I can say truthly I wore them five minutes took them back same day and that the staff sore me do that as well..
I have a recite stating I bought them five minutes ago as well..

She said to me I will have to clean them and I'm not allowed to resell worn shoes..
I stated worm for five minutes and no dirt to be seen... I sat in the store and deaction. the manager.again I was lied to told off sick .
When I said I will be taking this further the manager suddenly appeared and was not off sick at all...
I was quickly allowed to swap shoes but not allowed a refund despite nothing being wrong with the shoes...

I will never set foot in shoe zone again I have never been treated so disrespect fully in my life by staff..
Nothing but liers and bullies..

If you want a good pair of shoes and to be treated like a paying customer and not a piece of shi£ then %100 don't shop in shoe zone..
You won't be allowed to return shoes that hurt you that are unworn and in perfect condition...

The staff also whispered rude comments about me and about my gender ( as I am transgender) while I was awaiting for the supposedly sick manager to turn up...so I will be going higher anyway to report this action
Disgusting staff should be ashamed

Awful quality shoes. Got 1 pair, lasted 3 weeks before falling apart and eventually one shoe splitting in half across the bottom. Got them replaced and after 2 weeks the same has happened to the replacement pair. Will not be buying again from shoezone.

A good quality of shoes now.still some cheaper shoes but now they improved their quality of makes its good.

Good selection, not top end type of stuff but suitable for everyday wear, great service from the staff
