Clarks

Spent an hour here trying to find boots for two daughters. Despite it being winter they had almost no children's boots. Go in summer they have no summer shoes. Service was good but also a bit slow.

Made appointment using Clarks online system, I did this as I knew it would be busy and wanted to have a time slot, rather than stand around waiting.

Within two minutes of being in the shop I knew this appointment wouldn't go as planned. The store was absolute bedlam, with no apparent system in place, rather the staff serving whoever they came across first, irrelevant of who had been waiting the longest.

I cued at the desk and booked myself in with a member of staff, who then told me to take a seat.

I left after 15 minutes as I watched people walk in off the street and get served before me, I also watched as a member of staff stood around playing with their ponytail.

The manager of the store, and I use that term loosely really needs to provide traing and leadership to their staff on customer service and how their appointment system works.

I visited on Friday 31 August 2018 with an appointment time of 15:30 hrs.

Completely inept .

Went to independent shoe shop and was served immediately and their range of shoes was far more extensive. Will never set foot in a Clarks shop again.

We get kids shoes from here because they measure the feet and provide a pretty good service. Prices are outrageous, though. Bought two pairs of kids shoes, £70! My daughter is going to be sweeping chimneys for months to pay me back.

Quality friendly staff, however they didn't have my size and I ordered it but I had to pay upfront! Which I wasn't very happy about it as they were expensive boots which they might not even fit or like 😡. Otherwise they would have given them a higher rating. Expensive too.

We went in and were seen straight away. My son's feet were measured and a selection of trainers were brought in for him to try. One type were selected, purchased and he wore them home. He was very pleased with them. A very quick and painless process.
The staff were very friendly, the environment very clean and safe (social distancing wise).
The type of shop visit I like.

Took in my 3yr old for new shoes, Gez was amazing and so patient while 3 was trying to do gymnastics 🤦‍♀️ the store was clean and the staff wonderful.

Very helpful and patient staff.
Good selection of shoes and boots.

Lovely young lady helped me and my mum around lunchtime today. Went upstairs to find some boots for my mum. Thank you so much for all your help.
