I bought some Adidas trainers from this shop after 3 weeks the sole came off. Took them back to the shop and they would not refund me even with receipt. I’m
Not from Cambridge’ 1 hour away’ and had to leave the trainers with them so they could send them off. I waited one month to hear back from them and after 4 phone calls 6 emails I had to go back to the shop. Today Sunday 22nd sept I got my refund back but the manager of this store is absolutely the rudest horrible person to deal with, she’s miserable unhelpful and should not be in retail. I will never ever shop at this store as the staff are so rude.

Unbelievable that they couldn’t refund me the day I took my shoes in. Dealing with them on phone and emails was dreadful.

The woman shop manager is discussing in this store the most unfriendly person you could ever talk too. Horrible experience. Size sort your staff out as you will be losing customers with the staff you have in this shop.

This Size? store has got to be the best. I've been to a few but here in Cambridge just wins every time - stock presentation, staff knowledge and also cheeky deals that tend to be on. Never fail to cop a pair when I visit and I've never been disappointed once.

Bought a pair of Jordan’s here the other day, lad serving was very rude and tore the box and scribbled over it. All the other staff are very polite!

A great place to find unique and limited edition top brand sneakers. The staff here are lovely. Really know all about the trainers in store and we're really helpful. This is somewhere to pop in every time I am in Cambridge.

They didn't have my size (ironic) so I ended up buying one size bigger. The staff were all teenagers and have no customer service skills whatsoever - one of them chose to ignore me while she chatted with her mates. Furthermore, the group decided to stand near the checkout area and block people from going to the otherside of shop!

I am really disappointed with the service that I had received whilst on call with this store. I had asked quite a few questions, and the phone call was roughly 5 minutes. After this 5 minutes, the lady had been extremely rude to me, and quoted ‘ok, byeeeeeee.............loser’ mid through me asking about a pair of YEEZYS releasing on the app. I am extremely disgusted by this behaviour, and shall not tolerate being called this.
