Went to the Tunbridge wells store today to get some heeled prom shoes for my daughter and got served by Maxine. She was amazing and patient. We left very happy as she found shoes that suited her very narrow feet.

Bought a great pair of comfortable sandals. The lady was very helpful. They didn't have my size so she ordered them and had them delivered to me. They didn't take long to get to me

I bought a pair of smart, casual shoes two months ago at a cost of £110. Unfortunately, one of the eyelets came away from one of the shoes where the laces tie together and this couldn't be fixed, making the shoe unwearable.

I took the pair back to Clarkes in Tunbridge Wells with proof of purchase and requested if they could replace them as I liked the style so much. The staff were excellent and very helpful. They found a replacement pair and exchanged these for my mine without any problem. I am very impressed with their customer service and will continue to shop with them without hesitation.

Got everything that I went shopping for , very polite and officiant.

Staff helpful. Shoes good value. Some sizes need to be ordered.

Don't go at the weekend... waited over 30 minutes one time, staff didn't check my one year old daughters first pair of shes. Told me to come back in 3 months to get refitted WHAT?? Didn't even get acknowledged when one assistant was going back and forwards helping another family when my baby was getting more and more agitated.
