Fantastic experience where with our 9 month old, getting her feet measure for the first time. The lady who looked after us, Lottie, was brilliant. Very good with our daughter and also explained everything really well! Will definitely he back regularly to keep an eye on her feet and to purchase more shoes 😊😊

We have two autistic children who can find it over whelming going into any shop let alone a shop to buy shoes. Laura the Manageress of Clark’s in Stevenage Town Centre provided excellent service and knowledge and has a natural gift not only with children but with two children who happen to be on the spectrum. Many thanks, we will be shopping here again.

Had such an amazing experience shopping here for the first time. I went there to get my sons feet measured and buy his first pair of shoes and was helped by Emily. She was so patient with him while measuring his feet as he was getting upset and not keeping his feet still at all, she also recommended/helped look for shoes that would be the most suitable for first time walkers.

I was greeted by Dan on arrival who was very helpful and patient with my autistic son. He offered to measure his feet and wrote the sizes down for me as they 2 different sizes! He then went away and got many options for my son to try! He also consulted with a colleague who was also very helpful - a Scottish lady but i didn't catch her name. All in all a very positive experience

Very unhelpful staff, the majority were ignoring customers and talking about underage nights out and the outfits they would have to wear to get into nightclubs. Customers were ignored and I overheard them laughing at a customer

Really pleased with the service. Took my 1 year old to be measured for a new pair of shoes and the sales assistant Ben was absolutely fantastic with my son who was crying 90% of the time. Was very helpful and informative and didn’t feel rushed at all - really took his time to measure my sons feet, talk through different options, and check they were well fitting. Very satisfied.

Visited this shop 02/08/21 to get ahead with buying two lots of school shoes. Staff all very friendly. Served by Lottie who took the time to make sure both children had the best fitting, and most suitable shoes for the year ahead. Very patient. Thank you 😊
