Five star traditional service... I had my shoes re-soled middle of last year, I don't wear that particular pair all that often and the repair needed some attention.

When I popped in just now, Roy the manager was at the front desk and straight away he insisted they re-do the work at no charge.

It was only a minor thing that needed adjusting but I could tell that it was a matter of principle that he wanted to make sure it was put right immediately.

It's rare to find shops who clearly care about the service they deliver and how they look after their customers. Thank you.

Great service from knowledgeable staff, great selection of quality shoes for everyone. It's one of the few specialist shoe shops and they had a good selection of wide fitting shoes for me. It's a no rush service which is good to have these days it makes shopping for shoes a pleasure not a chore.

Needed two new pairs of school shoes and, after long queues last year, made an appointment this time. No wait to be seen although there were a few other people who had to wait. Staff member was extremely helpful, good with the kids and engaged with them as well as us. They only stock quality shoes and make sure they fit properly. Will be coming back next year.

This is the best shoe shop in Southampton. My parents took me here as a child, and now I take my children here for their shoes.
Excellent customer service, the staff are so knowledgeable and really take the time to make sure your child gets the perfect fit for their feet. Also I love the new appointments system, so no time waiting to be seen.

Bought my son's first school shoes here today and was served by Mark, who gave excellent service and was very friendly and great with my son getting his sizing.

THE place for children's shoes. Excellent choices of brands & careful fitting service. They also never try to sell you something if they're feet haven't grown.
