Shoe Zone

Specifically wanted wellie boots in a certain size and I rang up prior to going and the woman on the phone was very helpful. In store I needed to try several different sizes and they were very good about running upstairs a lot for me! Very friendly and great prices

Went into shop Wed ,but didnt have the boots i usually buy. Julie went out of her way to check if held in another store, so i ordered two pairs which were delivered for free on Fri!! Brilliant service, thanks very much .

I’ve always had positive things to stay about this store, but today after returning an item with the receipt I was told by a member of staff that she would exchange this time but won’t do it again!

Visited Sunday, found this shop by mistake has I had been into another shoe shop I had travelled half hour for and been treated appalling,,, well done shoe zoon found the perfect school shoes and had lovely customers service my shoe shop from now on
