Went in here for mission impossible to buy new trainers and had fantastic service. Will definitely come here next time I want trainers!

Store has a great range of shoes and staff always come across friendly. Yet to purchase in here so can't comment on the buying experience, but always pop in to see if anything catches the eye.

We were looking for 2 pairs of trainers for my husband. We were served by a delightful young lady Imogen. We bought the 2 pairs.
She was so helpful and all with a smiley face.
We will return because of this excellent customer service.

Nice place to try on new and trendy shoes. A very good atmosphere.

At the start of the week I reserved and paid for a pair of Vans for a relatives Christmas present.

I then went into the store later on in the week to collect and I was told they were nowhere to be found. A lovely girl Chloe then appeared apologising profusely offering me a refund, not ideal as it was only a couple of days before Xmas.

She then offered to go and collect the shoes personally from another store and drive to my house to drop them off. I wasn’t going to let her do that as I live fairly far out in the forest. We agreed she would go and collect them and bring them to the store and I’d come back the next day.

I came back the next day and as promised there they were ready to go. Please thank Chloe personally for me, her customer service was fantastic and she completely turned a negative experience around into a positive one!

Great place to nab your shoes/trainers from! Very large selection available, in stock and a vast array of colours too! Staff are very friendly and helpful, decent prices..now just waiting for black Friday! Well spaced out, disabled friendly will be coming back soon!! 😊 5*

Schuh has fantastic footwear but the staff are so over the top. We were approached by no less than 6 different staff members who wanted to see if we needed their help, we just wanted to browse and then try on and not have to deal with 6 different people or being asked what our plans for the rest of the day we're when we were trying to talk to each other (daughter and I). It seriously put me off wanting to go back there. Ultimately we brought shoes so the 3 stars are for having a good range and stock in the right size. I would also mention that we are still choosing to wear a mask so having 6 different mask-less staff talk to us was unwelcome from that point of view also as they got so close to be heard and hear us over everyone else in the store.
