Manager has been rude on occasions and lacks basic customer service skills. As for the shoes, like others, they seem to be more style over quality. 1 pairs of mens work shoes cost £90 and they started falling apart after 4 months, according to manager "That's wear and tear and normal...".

Personally, I'd avoid.

Really not one of the shops I like to visit. I only ever go into this shop if someone wants to go in but I genuinely just never felt like I'm welcomed to spend my own money in this shop. People just look at me strange and barely show an interest to help. I've visited this shop on several occasions thinking maybe people having an off day or something but it just doesn't improve in my opinion.

I think you can find nice things in this shop but for me the experience isn't worth my time and money so I should elsewhere.

Just came back from visiting the store Dan the manager of the store is an absolute delight. Bag was damaged refund or exchange wasn't an option the bloke authorised some magic and voila got a gift card to use at a later stage. Very helpful staff as long as you purchased the item from their store.

Aldo has nice ladies shoes but way too many are style over substance. Would be good to see stylish comfortable ladies shoes. The men's range always looks good and comfortable. This store is a decent size.

Went to look around and found these lovely pair of boots, went home and ordered it online. Went in to collect them today ,however on opening the box this is what am left looking at .. umm, presentation is absolutely no no. How am I suppose to feel looking at this .. good quality shoes but presentation 🙈🙈😬😠😔

Just bought a shoe on sale. Looks really good. Hope they lasts for a good time. The staff over there were really helpful. They got me what I wanted. I would really recommend you to go there when there is a sale going on.

Poor customer service!!!! Massive mess !!! I wanted to buy heels but for 30 min they couldn't find other shoe from the pair!!!! Manager was explaining that probably they sold the other shoes by mistake!!! Well done guys!! Great job!!!

Got a email to collect 2 pairs of shoes and when I get their they weren't there ! When I got home got the same email again. So a wk later we drive back up there and only 1 shoe is ready to collect I then waited 2 more wks to collect the other shoes
