Not loads of size variation amongst styles.

Also we had my son's feet measured 2 weeks apart by Clarks (in different stores). The first one recommended a size 8G. This store measured it as a 7.5F. We queried this (as we knew what the previous store had told us); but we're told he's definitely a 7.5F and told not to buy anything bigger.

We tried a 7.5F, and it was hard to get it on, his toes were nearly at the end and it was too tight.

We tried on a 8G and instantly it felt better.

Decent prices if you're after cheap footwear, but the name is embarrassingly misleading, and what's on offer is very limited. This store is all about the cheap stuff that Clarks sells, and does not appear to be an outlet store in any genuine sense of the word. There certainly weren't any discontinued or damaged higher-end products knocking about when we visited.

Visited to get granddaughters new shoes for return to school. Fitting option is helpful but still a bit hit and miss with stock availability of sizes needed. Staff are friendly and helpful.

Very limited choice of sizes.
Shoes are hard and pinch from the back, I do not have good experience.
my friend bought lately men shoes but got injured from the back of the shoes,it is very hard like iron.it hurt constantly while walking. It is one of the worst experiences.

Went to measure my 1 year old son's feet to get him his first pair of shoes and the attendant wasn't friendly. He didn't even try to play with my son to ease him into measuring his foot. He just took my sons leg and was forcing his four into the instrument. Told him to stop and I will do it myself. Please train your staff on how to attend to babies and young children.

Still very expensive but the bargain is there if you buy two pairs getting the 2nd pair at half price. Does.mean your forking out over 100 pounds for two pairs of shoes which given the quality is good but given the climate not great as I dont need to pair a of shoes but understandably they need to make money too
Great choice of size. Width and length

Great support for kids fitting. My son wears a fixed splint which makes finding a pair of shoes extremely difficult. The staff in this store, namely Gypsie and Kerry, could not have been more patient and supportive. They took their time to understand our individual needs and we walked out happy with a pair of shoes. One of the least stressful shoe shopping trips ever.
