Shoe Zone

Very pleasant staff. Shoes are really good value. Bought 2 pairs in the end. My previous experience of Shoe Zone shoes is very good with good wear and comfort.

The New layout of the store is excellant and staff very very helpful. Its rather nice to be able to try on a apair of shoes/trainers instead of staff wasting time getting the other one to make up a pair.

I recently went into shoe zone and although I can not fault the shoes or the pleasantness of the lady who served me. I am however shocked in what the young guy who was working there. He looked very scruffy wearing tracksuit bottoms with shoes and very messy hair. He also didn't smell too good. As a customer when I go into any shops I like to see staff looking clean and tidy.

I bought a pair of shoes from this shop in March 2019. The shop was laid out nice. The staff were friendly, informative and helpful. I have been to many shoe zone’s in my time but it’s not the shop what makes a shoe zone a good shoe zone it is the staff what make a good shoe zone.

I would recommend people to visit shoe zone in Cheltenham.
