Visited this store for the first time today. We were looking for a pair of shoes for my wife who wears insoles. We were dealt with by a couple of members of staff, both of which were very pleasant and helpful but I would like to pass comment on the help we were given by Hayley, who dealt with us primarily. She was obviously passionate about the service she provided to her customers and we also saw her helping others in the shop in the same way. She is a lovely person and was adept at engaging with the person she is helping. She made what could have been a difficult experience (including insoles in the shoes) a very efficient and pleasant process. We will be back, thank you.

First time in this store very pleased with the choices of trainers but also the staff, I wasn’t sure on my size as I have a wide foot, sales Assistant went out of her way to find the right fit for me, very pleased with my purchase. Thank you Wingman will definitely be returning .

My husband purchased a nice comfy pair of shoes, the sales staff were very good & we were very pleased that we went to a shop that actually had full stock.

Shame colour not there but last day of Black Friday Sale.
Sales person very alternative so quite happy. The boots fitted lovely.

Great staff. Manager Joe and Felicity Senior Sales were so helpful.
They resolved an issue for us while on our holiday in Cheltenham and I was very happy with the service , kindness and patience.
We will definitely go there again when we are in Cheltenham. I’m very happy with my new trainers.
