Never seem to have the size I require, tell me they have them then come back and say there out of stock. Has happened three times now. Reverted to ordering on line.

Friendly staff, service with a smile and helpful attitude. It's a shame that they will be closing down soon as they need to vacate the property. Can still shop online but it's not the same. Hope to see another store in Harlow
