Unsatisfactory customer service... disinterested Assistant and the manager's excuse was for their benefit only. Low quality shoes for moderate prices.

Use to buy my shoes from there but over the past few times they have split after just a few days, worst customer service experience in my last visit as had to return some shoes as yet again split and had a manger blame me and tell me to go somewhere else and told other members of staff lies, took the matter to head office and got a full apology but still WILL NEVER RETURN!! Until the rude staff is gone.
