Excellent service. Website very easy to use. Placed an order online on the Friday morning, for days before Christmas. Only had to pay £1 for home delivery and order arrived early Saturday morning, less than 24 hours later! Fantastic.

Trainers wernt in stock so had to order for delivery. This happens a lot in this shop,
Expensive compared to others in the town by +15% and won't price match.
Staff are always friendly and welcoming!

Firstly, staff. Their customer service is amazing, they couldn't be more avaliable to help and couldn't do enough for you.
Secondly, stock and range. They had a wide and big variety of shoes to choose from for anybody with feet. Their store is not very big but its like a tardis, they have mo shortage of great shoes to choose from.
The displays were beautifully laid out, couldn't put a foot wrong. I've shopped in there twice before and always look forward to going back everytime I'm in Chelmsford. Its the place to go.
