I took my 11 month old to get measured for her first pair of shoes. I was disappointed with the staff member that served me and the other staff as well. I felt the lady that was serving me didn't know what range of shoes they sold and had a don't care rushed attitude. I left without purchasing any shoes for my child and as i was trying to get out of the shop with my buggy customers and staff would not move so i could get through. Very dissatisfied and i won't be returning

The staff were brilliant when I had the girls shoes fitted and coped completely when the youngest couldn't make up her mind. Very grateful. All social distancing safely in place too.

Very disappointed today, the young assistant really didn't seem to know what she was doing.
I got all my children's shoes from this store and now need shoes for my granddaughter but I really didn't feel confident that the assistant could fit her shoes properly. My daughter felt the same so we came away empty handed, such a shame as I always had confidence in the assistants years ago whilst having my children's shoes fitted.
Don't know if they are not trained like they used to be what but she really didn't seem to have a clue what she was doing.

Sarah was excellent. We were in the shop for over an hour dealing with our three children and she was extremely patient! Thank you Sarah!
