I have several pairs of Loake shoes, all purchased from the Cheltenham branch. The service is second to none, with polite, attentive and knowledgeable staff who really care about making sure the shoes fit and look great, on you.

I visited this store last Saturday.I ve got two pairs of Loakes.I wanted to get some oxblood polish and have a browse to give my wife a nudge for a Christmas present.The staff were very knowledgeable about the shoes,very helpful and affable.A full credit to Loake in my opinion.I will hopefully be going back soon.

Absolutely love Loake in Cheltenham...not only are their shoes superb, all the staff are friendly, knowledgable and forever professional. It’s an absolute pleasure to go there and be treated so fantastically - if you haven’t been there, go there!!! Five star treatment all round 🙂

I’ve bought a few pairs from Loake Cheltenham and can’t fault either the shoes or the service.
The team are always super friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

Picked up a pair of Medway's and needed some shoe creme amongst other shoe care bits, both of my visits have been excellent and the team are very knowledgable. Will be visiting again soon to pick up some oxfords!
