I see others have had the same experience as me. Have been served by a younger lady who was cheerful, but my goodness the older lady was grumpy. Really took the shine off my buying experience tbh. No comments about how nice the products are/look on, ideas about suitability of colours/height of boot etc., although there was no-one else in the shop so no stress/pressure for her. Some retraining needed I'm afraid. Fabulous boots - highly recommended - but a poor experience in the shop.

I purchased a pair of shoes and boots online, they did not fit right. The sales assistant helped me find the correct size and exchanged these for me. She also had a lovely chat with me which was appreciated. I felt in no way pressured or hurried in the store, which was beautifully laid out and immaculate. My shoes are fabulous too. In future I would prefer to visit the store rather than go online now I know they are there. Thank you for helping me today.

Helpful lady in shop when i had to return some shoes

The boots in the shop were amazing, I decided to go mad and buy two pairs, along with a pair of slippers and a box of socks! Until...the lady assistant was so rude to me that I walked out. I suggested that she served an elderly couple as my purchase and ordering was going to take a long time and she said "I'll do what you tell me to do!!", slammed down the box and went to help the elderly couple.
I am sure she was just having an off day, and maybe I had been annoying trying on a few pairs of boots, but she really needs some help with her patience.

The shop stocks a wide variety of their signature style sandalls in many colours. I had looked at them on-line but it was ideal to try them on to check how comfortable they are. I have happily worn the pair I bought, several times.
