Fantastic service, all team members went all out to try to please my daughter by finding her a beautiful and comfortable pair of sandals. She now proudly wears her sandals without complaint, in fact she won't take them off.

Best shoes for little runners. Look great and lasts for ages even when worn daily at the nursery. Customer service wasn't great to start with as i could see the lady attending to us was pulling faces every time we asked something. Luckily someone else took over and ended up getting what we wanted.

If they had an option for 0 out of 5 stars I'd have been happier about this review. However, although painful, I'm forced to give it 1 star. Moving on, so we were advised that a shoe we had for a child, if it didn't fit (said child was not with us at time of purchase) then we would be offered a pair that did. they didn't have the size and so we requested a refund. The shop assistant, Matthew, cockily pointed to their "We don't refund" notice and refused to give a refund. He also stated "These shoes do come up bigger I'm afraid"… to which I suggested "that's also why you should refund". It went back and forth with us suggesting that it was poor form, yet he continued to.enjoy himself by insisting no refunds. I'm.horriefied mostly about his behaviour. I believe that if management we're present, then common sense may have accompanied them. Alas, it didn't, as Matthew just kept chiming in about how to complain in Italy.... In Italy? Yes! He also said that with a smile. One way or the other the store are going to cough up. Be very careful about making purchases here!
