Lady called Maxine helped us with our kids shoes today. She was brilliant and didn't give up until she found the right shoes for our big feet kids 😁 She made our experience a great one. Easy and was great with our kids! 10 points for customer service

I do like Clarks shoes. Not always cheap. Not always fashionable, whatever that means. Always extremely comfortable. The shop was fine. The staff very helpful. Loads of stock. I could have gone to any other Clarks. As I was there though. May have got something cheaper elsewhere. Though they wouldn't have been Clarks.

Very good organised atmosphere and helping staff. Was quite busy today, but we been helped by Jack and he got to my son a very nice pair of shoes for school. Thank you!

I went to replace some shoes that I lost in a recent house fire, they had exactly what I was looking for. The initial chat with Amber was great, I arranged to return the following day to find that she had briefed a staff member what I was looking for. They measured my feet and ensured they fitted well.

Assistant Lisa was very helpful and knowledgeable with assessing my particular requirements. Left the shop on Saturday with a very comfortable pair of sandals and light comfortable shoes.

Friendly, helpful staff. They measured our kids feet without any issues...and had plenty of stock in their size to choose from.
