Staff in the children's section really didn't have much of a clue what they were doing. Had to get someone else to measure my son as first person did it 2 sizes too small and I knew it wasnt right.

Very polite staff, was in our out getting school shoes for my son in what felt like no time at all. Was served by the very capable Mekah.

Couldnt explain cm measure for feet or how how much room they allow on their sizing. Measured my daughter, found us some shoes, they were happy with the fit. One shoe was a different size!! She didn't notice, even though she'd felt my babies feet with them on

Had a lovely time upstairs in the Children's dept. choosing suede Chelsea boots and lovely orange wellingtons with little pull on handles for my 20 month Granddaughter. Very kind, patient, knowledgeable young lady served us .

Very friendly and helpful staff. Unfortunately no shoes in the sale in my son's size but sales advisor offered to order in which was helpful

Good discounts...due to Black Friday. Good quality shoes and trainers suitable for those who do a lot of walking and fashionable to boot!!

I took my daughter in for her first ever shoe fitting expecting to get a nice and exciting experience however The lady who served us upstairs had a terrible attitude. She was huffy and rude. Not patient at all with my daughter being her first time.

I will not be going back to this store (canterbury) as they obviously have no patience with small kids.
