Was met with a great big smile from Dawn in the Barrow-in-Furness branch. She was so pleasant and helpful. Sorted me out with the shoes best suited for me. The lady on the till was also very welcoming. Nice atmosphere.

Super friendly staff. Needed to change my daughter's school shoes bought earlier because it was uncomfortable...staff was so helpful.
Pricey shoes though...but I understand they are quite durable. Will wait to find out.

Might buy myself a pair of Clark's too😋

Doing a great job in testing times. We had a short queue but all staff were friendly and really helpful.

We ordered shoes online and they were delivered to the store within two days and the staff were helpful even though we did not buy them at the store

Clarks Barrow in Furness. Dont know what I would do without this shop. They are just amazing. We go regularly for shoes. My Daughter is autistic and nothing was a problem. Especially today as she wasnt in the best mood. We pre booked out appointment and were greeted by the lovely manager. Nothing was too much trouble. Service from start to finish was just fantastic. Thank you .Clarks Barrow

I took my daughter to fit her first school shoes in mid August and the sales consultant we saw was nice, and patient. However, I got the distinct impression they just wanted to fit what they had in stock, even when these were not the most suitable, and I had no problem with ordering better alternatives (ie something more hard wearing for a 4 year old who is rough on her shoes). When I collected the shoes I ended up ordering, a different sales consultant made an inappropriate, sarcastic remark directed at me ‘changing my mind’ when I didn’t want to purchase what the shop deemed as most suitable for my child. I’ll choose Lancaster or another store next time.

Popped in to have a look at boots ,found staff quite rude. I was asked to sanitize my hands on entrance. The other family who entered after were not .I was also stared at continuously during my visit. I will stick to the lancaster store for my custom where staff are more friendly and helpful
