The service and advice I was given was quite exemplary. I left with shoes that fitted, eased my pain and gave me renewed hope.

Popped in when passing. One to one attention and discussion.Joe listened to my issues and talked me through what shoes they had that could help me, how they could help but always asking if this was what I was looking for. Felt really looked after and listened to. Made a great purchase!

UPDATE: I have had my Joya shoes for a year now and they are still absolutely brilliant!! I have recently come back from New York where we walked and walked and walked! I could not have done it in any other shoes.

I had an appointment today with Crystal who was friendly and professional from the start. She explained everything as we went through checking the size and shape of my feet, even how I stood.
Crystal recommended some shoes and got a few pairs for me to try on. She helped put them on and tied the laces and patiently let me try all of them on before picking the ones I liked most. Having worn them this afternoon I can say in all honesty that they are the comfiest shoes I have ever had! My feet are painful and just walking around the supermarket hurts but in these I could have walked around again! I am excited to see how they feel after a few days and am looking forward to walking for the first time in years!
All in all a great experience and Crystal is a credit to the company. I will be coming back here for my next shoes.

I ordered over the phone and the staff were really helpful, professional and friendly. I needed a specific type of shoe and shoemed were very efficient.They ordered then shipped to London for me. Shoes are exactly the style I required. Highly recommended this shop.

Crystal was extremely helpful & spent over a hour trying to fit the right type of footwear for my mother Inlaw after a Ankle operation a year ago. Nothing was too much trouble, she was friendly courteous & patient, I would definitely use ShoeMed again.

A good place for high quality footwear. Very fortunate to have this shop in Canterbury. The staff were very helpful. Measured my feet accurately (which is rare these days) The proprietor is very professional. I wou definitely recommend. 👍
