Prices are quite expensive, but there always seems to be sales/price reductions. Not a large range of men's shoes.

Grabbed a good bargain here. A lovely pair of soft leather ankle boots at a very good sale price. Very glad I was in the right place at the right time. The shop assistant was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about fitting etc. I was just in the town for the day but very glad that I was.

The young lady assisting my mother who has mobility issues was very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her.
She had a lot of patience going back and forth and my mother is very happy with the two slippers. We are glad this branch has survived and hope it remains as there is a ready market for Hotter in store in this part of the world. Thank You !

Sue especially was very good getting my mother shoes she needs for her disability. We were very happy with her and Colin. Thank You very much.

Three pairs of ladies shoes bought from this store have problems with the soles disintergrating. Looking on the internet this appears to be a fairly common problem if not worn for a while, I.e. summer shoes during winter. This is a real letdown for a British company.

Very helpful, knowledgable and friendly sales person. Was able to try on and walk in the shop, with these shoes, without feeling restricted or pressured. Very pleased.
