Clarks

I was fancy to find a summer shoes... The colour I wanted was out of stock but specially Nadia was an amazing and nice worker who look for other shops where I could find them.

Completely measured by sons feet incorrectly - am now out of pocket as I purchased shoes from the Clarks outlet after this to try and save some money (oh the irony now…) but have encountered nothing but problems and brick walls in trying to exchange the ones I purchased for him for ones in his correct size (after having to get him remeasured at another branch in Uxbridge). The Uxbridge branch took one look at his feet and said that the size we’d been told before was incorrect. To say I’m frustrated is an understatement as Watford is not a local branch to me, we used them as we were visiting friends at the time. Therefore being told to revisit the store as a resolution is not acceptable or helpful.

Visited for some school shoes for my little one as have always purchased Clarks shoes due to the comfort, fitting and quality and (hope i spell this right) sienna the sales assistant couldn't have been more patient and helpful, a credit to the store. Thankyou

This is one of the best Clarks store in Herefordshire. Not the largest but very attentive customer service. We were greeted the moment we stepped in the shop and we managed to get the sizes we wanted.

Well made shoes at really good prices. Kids shoes are perfect

Visited on Saturday and had a lengthy wait and rushed experience. Visiting at 5pm on a Weds was a definate bonus; super quiet!!

We had a broken pair of school shoes, which were returned and exchanged dut to a faulty zip. I had the receipt with me, so was no problem.

I went along at a busy time just after Christmas. Good customer service. But did not have a replacement for a gift perchased before Christmas disappointingly.
